Drag & drop in vlookup function

Drag & drop function in vlookup

Recently, when I use the drag and drop function in vlookup, it only copies
the top cell instead of posting the correct value from the table array. If I
redo the formula for each cell it will work. Any suggestions???
 
Tools>Options>Calculations tab, check Automatic
