Drag & drop from my application to explorer

I'm tryng to developa an ftp client application and i'm in trouble with drag
& drop operation from my application to the explorer window.

The problem exist only if i try to drag a remote file. When i drop on the
explorer i must download it and then to copy to the destination folder. But i
lost the control of drop operation.

HELP PLEASE!!!
