Draft emails get sent

We have some users whose draft emails get sent. They save them to draft,
either by autosave or file/save and sometime later on they get sent. If we
look in Sentitems they are there.

Why would Outlook send draft emails?
 
It doesn't. Do they use these draft messages as templates? If so, then use
Forward when using the templates to leave a copy in the Drafts folder.

If that's not it, then you'll need to supply some configuration details to
work with.
