dr watson logfile

i'm looking for help finding a dr watson logfile created several days ago when my computer experienced a "serious error." i posted in another forum about this a few days ago (turns out i was in the wrong forum, so i'm starting over here) and someone suggested looking in c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\dr watson. tried that - i got as far as all users, but none of the folders under All Users were called Application Data.

i'm hoping the information in the logfile will help solve another problem i'm having. when the "serious error" occurred and dr watson ran an analysis, i was taken to an intel graphics drivers for intel chipsets web page (because the analysis determined the error was caused by trouble with an intel graphics driver). on that page, there is a link to Download Graphics Driver, but when i click it i get some sort of an error message. i tried to call dell about this and they told me that without more information they were unable to help. (thought the doc watson logfile might give me that info.) perhaps i should be talking to intel instead

please help!
