Dpvoice1.exe problem

I have been having problems while reading pages on &
offline, I will be reading a page when my cursor turns
busy a few times and then the page will go all the way to
the bottom by itself.
It is like there is a program running in the back ground,
even while typing this my letters are getting stuck.
I've run AVG virsus, ad aware, spybot anf it is still
doing it.
Someone on here told me to see what processes are running
by holding down ctrl+alt+delete

I did that and I noticed that a program or whatever by the
name of DPVoice1.exe pops up and disappears all the time,
he searched his hard drive and while he found DPVoice he
did not have DPVoice1.exe...and his is not an exe file

does anyone know anything about this and can help me?

I've been told that this looks like a new one and you should run
Hijackthis to see if the file in question is a hijacked one, being
used by something else to divert traffic or whatever.

Google gives no hits on DPVoice1.exe which suggests it could be
associated with malware.

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should update
and run them weekly.
