DPCs High cpu when downloading (anything)

Hello guys,

whenever i try to download (anything), i see, thru Process Explorer,
that DPCs is consuming most of my cpu: 65 %
CPU is at 99%.

can you please tell me what i can try to do in order to fix this
problem?

ps: my OS is XP pro sp3

i already had installed Internet Download Manager (IDM) and it was
working till the sp3 installation.

my OS is xp pro sp3 (just updated to sp3)

btw i just noticed that the problem happens even if i download with
firefox (no download plugin) and internet explorer 7 using no download
manager
