When I click on any download, it goes to a blank page,
this includes downloads from Microsoft. But if i right
click on the download botton and tell it to save file it
downloads.

why won't it let me download by just hitting the download
bottons. I have check in my internet E and made sur
downloads are enabled.

You may have some spyware onboard that is interferring with the normal
workings of Windows. Scan with Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware and remove
anything bad. Empty your Temporary Internet Files folder. Did that
help? If not, please post back with more details, such as how you
connect to the Internet, your ISP, etc.
