Downloads are all saved on to a temp. folder

As I have stated on teh subject, all my downloads are
downloaded into a temporary folder. I looked in Internet
Options and it didn't give me anything for me to change
the downloads save to my Desktop, or wherever I needed it.
How do I change it back? I think I accidentaly pressed, Do
not Show this message again, when you download... SO It
doesn't say "SAVE" nor "CANCEL" anymore. It just downloads
it into a temporary folder and opens up WINZIP. Please
tell me how to un-do it!

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
