Downloading Movie Maker 2.1

Can someone tell me where I can download the updated version of Movie Maker
without downloading the entire Service Pack 2 (interferes with my existing
firewall and security settings). I have Movie Maker 1 installed on my hard
drive. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

MM 2.1 only comes with SP2 so far.
