Downloading Incredimail

I run Windows Vista, have tried numerious times today to download
Incredimail, it prceeds 3/4 of the way through then a popup states that a
"error occurred" nothing else. What seems to be the problem, anyone out there
have the same thing hapen, I would appreciate a answer, thanks

FYI
I'm using Vista Premium, went to the web: http://www.incredimail.com
and D/L 501Kb (to the Desktop) on my first try without any problems.

Try this: Reboot into in safe Mode (F-8)

Suggest cleaning up the system (clearing out all the Temp/Tmp folders, and

included all offline content, clearing the browser TIF , Delete Cookies , do
a

Disk CleanUp.

Please confirm your system clock and Time Zone also the Date set properly,
Having it set incorrectly can cause this type of behavior.

Reboot

Try again the D/L

I have the same problem with windows vista...I emailed incredimail and they
told me they are working on the problem..Incredimail is not yet compatible
with vista. You are lucky you got a pop up stating an error occured..When I
tried to download it I got a message saying 'internet explorer has
encountered a problem and cannot continue'.. I coudn't uninstall all of the
programs and had to do system restore to get everything running again..I had
the same problem with the ebay tool bar..vista doesn't like it.. I would
suggest just waiting until incredimail catches up with technology..
