Downloading graphics

i am having problems downloading graphics from websites ( mostly tubes used
in paint shop pro )

the error message i get say the site cannot be accessed or the site maybe
offline!!!!

this happens on any website that i am intending on getting graphics from

this cannot be correct as i am viewing the site prior to downloading the
image/graphic

i am using winXP home and updated to latest definitions on both virus and
internet protection

i am concerned it maybe a problem within my operating system...


please can someone help me as this is spoiling my hobby

Empty your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

i have done that but it has made no difference at all sadly

is there anything else it could be??
