You did not say that you installed the driver you downloaded. Look at the
files you un-zipped. Look for a readme file for any directions for
installation. Look for a setup.exe file to run the installation.
If you did install the driver look in Device Manager for any problems {right
click on My Computer and select Properties. Then select the Hardware tab and
click on Device Manager}. Problems will show as a yellow ! or red X. If you
see any problems double click on the device and try the trouble shooting
sequence.
