microsoft.public.multimedia.windows.mediaplayer . Also try using a
newsreader if possible to access these groups for best results.

Along with what Allan suggests, I'm certain there is more to the error
message than you have provided. Please, when you repost to the proper
group(s), give them the EXACT error message, all of it, word for word,
including punctuation, etc.
