downloading aol folders into Outlook 2007

I surfed all over the net for hrs to find a solution to this prb, but wasn't
successful. Does anybody know how to download aol folders into Outlook 2007?
I set up aol in Outlook, but then it didn't download any of my "Saved on
AOL" folders. Please help!
 
Outlook can only access the imap folders. if they are not imap folders they
will not download. If they are imap, you need to subscribe to them - right
click on the top level of the imap message store and choose imap folders,
then query.
 
Well, Outlook 2007 configured itself with aol when I did the set up and aol
showed up as pop3. Does this mean that I won't be able to download aol pop3
folders? I was able to download folders from aol in Outlook 2003. Is there a
way for me to configure my aol account manually using imap?
