I use FP2003

I have a .wcu file type I simply want a student to download
so his Flash or Flip Card Program can open and use

How do I do this or read how to do this

Thank you

you can probably just upload the file to the server and make a "regular"
hyperlink to it.

alternatively you could .zip it and link to that.

I don't want the download program to load

I just want to download the file so my Flip Card Program
can open as Flip or Flash cards

Anymore ideas

Thank you

if the user who visits the site has a "flip card" program that recognizes
the file type, then that's the program that'll open it.

there really aren't all that many ways to make a link to a file; put it (the
file) in your web structure and make a conventional hyperlink to it. zip it
to ensure it downloads, or use some server side scripting to force it to
download.

that's about it.
