Kathy, first you'll need to understand the system a little bit. The main
concepts are: Tables for storing data, Forms for editing it, Reports for
getting it out, and Macros and VBA for customized behavior. Getting started
with Access 2003 can be a daunting task if you're not familiar with
databases, but it is a learnable system. I recommend taking some time to
look at online training resources from Microsoft. Here is an introductory
