Open the database. Press F11 to display the Database Window if it's
not shown. Select an object that you want to modify, and do so.

Kathy, first you'll need to understand the system a little bit. The main
concepts are: Tables for storing data, Forms for editing it, Reports for
getting it out, and Macros and VBA for customized behavior. Getting started
with Access 2003 can be a daunting task if you're not familiar with
databases, but it is a learnable system. I recommend taking some time to
look at online training resources from Microsoft. Here is an introductory

basic renaming of a table or form works, but the heading of the table does
not change for new entries. It still is named the original name. Any advise?
