Downloaded program error message

Please help - I keep getting the message box - C\:WINDOWS\ProgramDownloadedFiles\bridge.dll - have i deleted something i shouldn't have? Is this something i should worry about. Many Thanks in advance

It is likely you have some spyware that should be removed.
"Bridge.dll" is not a Windows file....it is a known "spyware"
file.
