I downloaded a new office assistant, but I don't know how to actually use it,
it is not in my office assistant options.

Put the .acs file (which you may need to extract from a .zip file) into the
C:\WINDOWS\MSAGENT\CHARS or C:\WINNT\MSAGENT\CHARS folder, depending on your
operating system.

See step 5 at http://www.msagentring.org/setup.aspx, and look at the other
steps if you don't have a properly installed copy of the Agent and voice
support components.
