Download vista

You can only download Vista RTM right now if you have an MSDN or Technet
Subscription or if you are a Company that is signed up with a Volume License
Agreement. Windows Vista will be available for consumers at the end of this
month.

You can't unless you are a MSDN, TechNet subscriber or member of other
similar program in Microsoft.
