download probslems please help

Hi all.
Im trying to download a couple of programs from here
http://www.geocities.com/bancika/software/index.html
1st is called PC-Safe 2.0 Professional 2nd is called RAT Package
1.0, the reason i cannot download is geocities
are blocking all attempts by ntl to log into any sites there, is
some kind person would download these for me i
would be very grateful & of course email them to me.

I tried downloadind from anonymous surfers plus somewhere else but
it stopped at 48 bytes.

Any help appreciated.
