download problems

i get this message when i am trying to down load, "source file could not be
read, contact server administrator", when downloading. They are rather large
files, 50 to 100 megs, i am using regular dial-up, they end up being 4-5 hour
downloads, they get half way thru, then the error message. any ideas? it
happened on 2 different web sites, with 2 different computers, with 2
different files.

I suspect that your ISP doesn't like keeping your connection active for that
long - and has terminated the download without telling you. I'd suggest
contacting them about this.

You could try a third party download manager that allows restarting the
download..
