Download problems with Windows 2000 service pack

I receive the following error message when I attempt to
download any Windows 2000 service pack and specifically
SP4:
"The server name and address could not be resolved."

And the only thing that I can do is quite the installation.
Any ideas on this one?

Hi JMR,

Does the same behavior happen when downloading from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1001aaf1-749f-49f4-
8010-297bd6ca33a0&displaylang=en

If connectivity is preventing the download and installing SP4, you may want
to consider ordering the disc:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/sp4/ordercd.asp
