Download or disk to put in my Desktop to see if my memory is going

Hi Cybor Friends, I wonder if there is a download or Buy a CD disk to check
and see if my memory is weak or going bad. I use Windows XP & SP2 and just
updated. My Pc seems to like to BLUE Screen at times. I run theses programs:
Spy-bot S&D , Adaware SE, System Mechanic 5, Norton Antivirus 2005,
CounterSpy. All have been updated to the newest versions. Thanks for your
help, for I learn a lot from all your expertise. JJ
