Download of .NET 3.0 SP1

I know that the "download" for .NET 3.0 is 2.8 MB, but, that's just the
bootstrapper, and, the "full redistributable" is actually 53 MB, and, a link
is given for the full package.

When you install SP1 on top of it, is the same true--is a "full
redistributable" for the service pack also available (and, if so, where), or,
is it REALLY just 2.5 MB?

I'll be installing on computers without Internet connections, so, this is
important!

AFAIK, it is "full patch".

But, if you want to be sure, your best bet should be full .net 3.5
redistributable.

It's kind of big (huge?) but includes 2.0/3.0/3.5 with service packs, both
x86 and x64 versions.

I did the old-fashioned way of looking in the TEMP folder in my Profile
during an install of JUST SP1, on a computer that didn't have version 3.0
at all.

While it SAID it was downloading a 63 MB file, I ended up with a 25 MB file
named netfx30sp1_x86.exe, which, when run, seems to install it.

I'm going to see if this installs .net 3.0 WITH SP1 all by itself...
