Download image on request???

On my site, I have a map that if you ckick on a camera, it pops up a page
and you can view the image. the image comes from another site. I need to be
able to download that image from a remote site on to my server on request
for viewing????
 
Are you saying that on request for an image you'd like to go to out to the other server, grab the file, and save it to the file system of your webserver?
