download FULL version of IE6 SP1 greek and write to cd

I want to have the full download of IE6 SP1 greek on a cd so that I can
install on many computers, how will I do this?

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ie6sp1/finrel/6_sp1/W98NT42KMeXP/EL/ie6setup.exe
and download the file, then run it and download the other files it asks you
for and save them on a CD.

this is not an option, I cannot run that version of IE6 on my computer in
order to get those files.
And I have to do this for other computers that have no access to the
internet.

I need a way to download without having to run anything

The exe file downloads the setup files for IE.
Choose Customize download and save to the hard drive.

Nope cant do that...It will not work that way for me for reasons I cannot
explain now.

There must be another way for systems deployers to do it.
