download form isp server

i had a major crash and lost everything....reloaded
frontpage but cannot get it to accept the entire web site.
one problem is that if i screw this up i will not be able
to rebuild the site as all the material is gone.
option #1) i do have a copy on cd rom....
option #2) can the site be downloaded from the server?

i am running windows xp and frontpage 2000.

help by e-mail or get ma phone number and i'll call you.

Not sure what you mean about "accept the entire web site" but regarding
option #2, if your server has the FP extensions you can File Open Web, live
on the server and publish down to your local machine.

That would seem logical but maybe others will put me (you) right.
