Download driver for modem (portacble telephone-cell) x WIN PRO. 64

I have download and install the XP professional 64 bit, trial version. It
don't see
the driver of my modem : Motorola V360 ( portable thelephone modem). With
XP Home 32 bit, the modem no problem . With Xp 64 bit , no loading the driver.
I have do automatic and also manual install mode driver , but XP 64 don't
see it.
The Motorola have write me that have not driver for 64 bit system . XP 64 bit
don't see also the driver the video board (Nividia FX5200) and the interface
raid HD board. I can't uograde it of internet , because modem don't go , And
in XP home 32
bit I can upgrade driver to 32 bit off course. Where can I download driver
for XP 64 bit ? I have a intel CPU 32 bit . Thank to all . Hallo
