download and install

I'm trying to install "User Profile Hive Cleanup Service". I get the
download but can't run the .MSI program: says "can't open file or folder."
I'm authorized and have Installer 2.0 . Any ideas??

Dunno whether this is relevant but:

There is a very recent windows update that fixes aproblem where programs
won't install. You could try that.
