Download a page and links

What is the best way to download a page and all the links of pages in it but
not the links that are in the links.

Say xxx.com has 20 links of pages, the 20 pages has more links. I don't want
the links on the 20 pages, I want the 20 links.
If there is a way to do it using the Synchronize utility, tell me how to do
it. But if there's is any other utility then that will be better because the
Synch utility doesn't show the progress correctly.

-I'd suggest trying the freeware programs WGET or WinHTTrack. The latter is
most likely to be suitable as you can specify a depth of links to go to, or a
domain to stay within.
