Downgrade to Outlook Express

A longshot I know, but anyone have any idea if it's possible to get rid of
Windows Mail and revert back to Outlook Express? In Vista I can't sync
contacts between Windows Mail and Outlook 2003 as I could with Outlook
Express/Outlook running on XP.

No. Windows mail replaces OE as part of the OS. You can run a VPC window
of XP and run OE there.
