if I BUY A NEW P C WITH WINDOWS VISTA CAN I DOWNGREAD IT TO XP PRO THE
SAME AS I AM RUNNING NOW FOR FREE
 
No, you cannot. If you want a computer with Windows XP on it you must order
it at the time you order the computer.
 
Or you will have to buy the full retail version of XP, format the drive and
install it on the new PC.
