We would like to help you. That's why we're here (most of us, anyhow). But
you've given us almost nothing to go on. I can't even figure out which
question to ask to get more information about your problem.
Could you please tell us what you were trying to accomplish and what you
did - step by step - and what results you saw. Are you the Administrator of
your Vista? Are you logged in as such?
It might also be significant if you tell us which program you were trying to
download from which web site. From your very short post, we can't even tell
if the "Directory not found" message came from your own computer or from the
Internet.
