doubling up emails

HELP!! Up untill 3 days ago my husband and I could both recieve emails on our
individual user accounts but now for some reason my husband isn't getting any
and I am getting double of every email!. How can we fix this?? Thanks Malinda
 
i have the same problem, everything comes in duplicate, just started a few
days ago. if you get any answers please advise and i will do the same. hate
to spend $60 for an online chat with vista mail.
 
Look in Tools, Accounts, and make sure you didn't inadvertently add a
duplicate mail account.
 
I do have a (1) (default) account as well but this didn't seem to be a
problem before do I now have to remove this??
 
If both accounts download mail from the same mailbox on the server,
then yes, you should delete one. Select that account, click Remove.
