Doublekiller is a small executable. Downloaded from this site 3 times, each
time in unzipping, the exe file is corrupted.

Contacted the author, no answer.

Anyone else have better luck, and can post a link that produces a good file?

DoubleKiller
http://www.bigbangenterprises.de/en/doublekiller/
current version: download
DoubleKiller searches single or multiple folders/partitions for
identical files. Depending on the settings the files' names, sizes, dates
and/or CRC32-checksums (which represent the content of the files) are
compared with each other. Masks like *.mp*g or *.dll define which files are
(not) scanned. Files with certain flags, e.g. hidden files, may be excluded
from the search. Besides you can limit the search to files with a
user-defined filesize. When the search is finished a list containing all
double files found is displayed and you can select the files which should
be deleted or moved.

system requirements:
- Windows 98/ME/2000/XP (95/NT yet untested)
- screen resolution of 800x600 or higher
- no particular processor or memory requirements

Yes, that's the default link, just tried again, I always get "file header
corrupt" error message.

No problem with any other zip file.

Did you get the correct file size? The first three times the file was
short on my end, so I kept trying until I got the correct size.

Thanks, Mel, that must be the issue, I just tried for the 4th time, zip
file size keeps being 88,195 with header error.
