Double spacing when typing mails

Hi there

I am running office 2007 standard on win XP SP2.
If I hit enter while typing a mail it creates a double line space.
How can i remove this?

On the Format Text tab switch your Style to Normal.

I want it to stay that way though. It changes back all the time?

Press the Change Styles button and select Set as Default.
