Double spaced paragraphs

My signature was double spacing, but I was able to use shift-enter to fix
that. But the body text when sending to internet email recipients is double
spaced. I am using Word 2003 as editor. I don't think I will be able to get
everyone in the office to use shift-enter for writing emails! Anyone know
why?

Are you using a stationery?

That's why I asked. You're a step ahead of me. I don't have any other
ideas as I never send HTML mail or use Word as the mail editor.
