Double login in Outlook 2003 after SP-1 Install

I have encountered several users who are prompted for their password twice
after installing SP-1. They are not prompted if the password is remembered,
but that cannot be used due to a violation of InfoSec policy. They are
Netscape servers using IMAP mailboxes. Has anyone else encountered this issue
or have suggesteions about a workaround?
