Go to Start, Search, and type in the downloaded program
(s) you are looking for. Make sure to search in the C:\
drive during the search.

Normally, if you accidentally download the same program
twice, Windows lets you know by asking if you would like
to replace the existing file.

Be careful that you do not delete a file that is in more
than one user account, thus looking "as if" it is a
duplicate.
