DotNet Framework SDK 2.0 Installation problem

Hi, All:
Anyone had problem to open the SDK 2.0's documentation?
I installed SDK 2.0 on my pc several times, never be able to
open the documentation, it always shows "downloading...".

Try downloading the offline version !!!

In Microsoft, there has only 1 version for x86 cpu,
the size of the file is 234,532k.

Is there an offline version?
