Is it posible to run an .exe developed with vb.net on Windows NT 4 ?
If so what is to be installed ?

You need to install the .NET Framework on the machine.

At least the .NET Framework. Maybe some SPs must be installed too, have

It should go with SP6 and the framework installed.
