DotNet : A picture in Crystal report

hi,

I add a picture in Crystal report.

When I use view Browser of CrystalReportViewer, i have my information
of database but the picture don't visible.

Moreover, picture of PageNavigationButtons don't visible (As the link
is broken)

i need add a reference to use this picture ??
I need use more options ??
