Dotfuscator

Does dotfuscator support *.msi files? I have created a
setup project and added to it an application project but I
cannot dotfuscate the msi file generated by the setup
project.

No, dotfuscator is for obfuscating your .NET exe and dll assemblies, not the
setup project which houses them.
