dos problem

i am working on windows xp machine. it's workes fine in all windows
applications. But when i open command prompt in full screen mode its work but
when i again press alt+enter pc goes hang, actully it is not hang, it's just
show the black sereen i cant close that black sereen. after that i cant do
anything. in that secuation i have to hardboot my machine. so please give me
any solution.

Alt and Enter???,,, to exit a dos box type "Exit" without the quotes at the
prompt

If you want to open a command prompt in full screen mode by default. I would
create a shortcut to CMD and set the shortcut properties to open in full
screen mode. This may work better than reverting to ALT + Enter.
