DOS or USB based RAM Checker

I suspect my desktop PC at work has bad memory chip(s). Our Dell warranty
just ran out. The DELL boot or utility partition only has a diagnostic mode
for the IDE drives not RAM. I would like to run a floppy or USB Thumb Drive
based RAM diagnostic checker for it. Can anyone recommend one?

Memtest--- do a google search

Memtest--- do a google search

Then just burn the Memtest ISO to a CD, stick the CD in the drive, and
reboot (make sure BIOS can/will boot to a CD first).
