Don't Publish and CGI-Search Indexing

I'm using FP2002, and I've got a bunch of pages on my web that I have marked
"Don't Publish." My question is: when I rebuild the index of my Entropy CGI
search engine, will it still "see" these unpublished files?

When you rebuild the Entropy search
index, it will index what is on the server.

It has nothing to do with your local files marked do not publish.
 
You should, as the setting is only read by FP.
