Don't number first page

How do I leave the first page of a series unnumbered and number the 2nd page
as 2?

Unfortunately there is no way to do this.

Print the first page before adding page numbers. Add page numbers and print
the entire spreadsheet and swap the first page with the one you printed
initially. HTH
