don't know POP3 server name or the the other server name to set my new
account up so i can reply to craigs list ads.

Call your ISP and they will give you all the needed info. They will also walk you
through to set up your email account
 
You often don't need that information if all you want to do is reply to
Craigslist ads. But we can't help you unless you tell us how you normally
send emails, and who your email service provider is.
