Hi,

besides using "Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote
Assistance" available in "help and support", not in any way that I know, but
you can use ultravnc for this.
If the remote user can't install ultravnc, you can use UltraVNC SC
(Singleclick). I use this to help customers from my workstation here, the
only thing they have to do is run some small program and it automatically
connects their desktop to my computer. Check it out here:
http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net/addons/singleclick.html

regards,

David
