Domain upgrade & Profiles

We are getting ready to upgrade a Windows NT 4.0 domain
to Windows 2003. I was wondering if anyone has experience
in this and if profiles on Windows 2000/XP machines are a
problem post upgrade.

Hi, yeah I did the same thing for a month ago...

We had a hard time because all profiles changed when we changed the domain.

To solve this problem I suggest you to use central/rooming(?) profiles.
